About the Instructor:

Nataliya Salitra has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 2010. She is also a social worker and a practicing psychologist. With experience in working with both children and adults, she brings a rich background in anatomy, Ayurveda, and movement psychology to her teaching.

Nataliya was the first in Ivano-Frankivsk to introduce yoga gymnastics for children and teens, as well as dynamic yoga formats like Ashtanga Vinyasa and specialized therapeutic classes (Yoga Special Group). Her classes often integrate classic Hatha postures with balance work, breath training, coordination, and mental focus — always adapted to the individual’s needs and body type.
