3% discount — once your total delivered orders exceed ₴5,000
5% discount — once you reach ₴20,000
10% discount — once your total exceeds ₴50,000
There’s no need to activate anything — the discount applies automatically when you log into your account.

Only delivered orders count toward your total.

1. Do I need to do anything to activate the discount?
No — the system takes care of everything. Just make sure you're logged into your account when placing your order.
Once your previous order is delivered, the discount will automatically apply to your next purchase.
2. If I shop as a guest, will my order count toward the loyalty program?
Unfortunately, no. Orders placed as a guest are not linked to any account and won’t count toward your cumulative total.
To make every order count, simply log in before placing your order — it’s quick, easy, and worth it.
3. What if my first order is large — will I get a discount right away?
Your first order will count toward your cumulative spending, but the discount will only apply from your second order onward, once the first one has been delivered.
For example, if your first order totals ₴5,000, it will count toward your total — and you’ll get a 3% discount on your next order.
4. If an item is already on sale, does the loyalty discount still apply?
No. If a product is already discounted (as part of a sale, promo, or special offer), the loyalty discount won’t be added on top.
But don’t worry — the system always gives you the best price available.
5. I have multiple accounts. Can my orders be combined?
No. The system only tracks orders made from the same account. Loyalty discounts are linked to individual profiles, so if you want to get the most out of the program, we recommend always shopping while logged into your main account.
6. How can I check my current discount level?
It’s easy! When you’re logged in, your personal discount is automatically displayed:
On product pages — for items eligible for loyalty discounts
In your cart and at checkout — the total will reflect your current discount
No codes needed — the discount is applied automatically.
