About the Instructor

Yulia Kononenko is a certified yoga teacher and physiotherapist with 17 years of personal practice and 14 years of teaching experience. She is the founder of Yoga Space “Prana” in Poltava and specializes in functional yoga and therapeutic approaches to musculoskeletal issues.

In 2022, she served as a volunteer physiotherapist with the 116th Separate Brigade of Territorial Defense, supporting both civilians and military personnel.

Her areas of focus include individualized yoga therapy, prenatal and postnatal recovery, and trauma-informed yoga practice.

Her guiding principle is simple and powerful: “Consistently and gradually.”
