This class with Yuliia Kononenko is dedicated to the foundation of our body — the feet. They are responsible for stability, balance, and proper movement patterns. When the feet don’t function well, it can show up as ankle pain, flat feet, toe deformities, instability in balance poses, or even restricted mobility in asanas.

The lesson was recorded at Carpathian Yoga Fest 2025 — the largest yoga festival in Ukraine. Surrounded by the Carpathian mountains, the gathering of experienced teachers from Ukraine and across Europe, and the unique atmosphere of shared practice and energy make this class especially valuable and inspiring.

About the Teacher

Yuliia Kononenko — yoga teacher, physiotherapist, and yoga therapist.

  • 17 years of personal practice and 14 years of teaching experience.
  • Leads group and private sessions, prenatal yoga, and postnatal recovery.
  • Specializes in yoga therapy for musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Founder of the “Prana” yoga space in Poltava (since 2013).
  • In 2022, volunteered as a physiotherapist with the 116th Territorial Defense Brigade.
  • Her guiding principle in practice: “consistently” and “gradually.”
