About the Masterclass:

This is a deep and mindful yoga flow, where body, breath, and awareness merge into a single continuous stream. The practice focuses on balance, strength, stability, Ujjayi breath, bandhas, and points of concentration. It’s a logically structured flow, guided with real-time cues and explanations by the teacher.

The session was recorded live at Carpathian Yoga Fest 2024 — the largest annual yoga festival in Ukraine, featuring over 30 instructors, 14 professionally filmed classes, and hundreds of participants. Olena Bakai is a certified RYT 500 yoga teacher and therapist, founder of two yoga studios, and the official representative of Devdan Yoga International in Ukraine. With 10 years of personal practice and 7 years of teaching experience, her approach blends anatomical precision, psycho-emotional depth, and evidence-based yoga therapy.

She specializes in spinal health, joint care, hormonal balance, digestive health, and psychosomatics.
