About the Instructor

Olha Tevikova is a certified bodyflex and fitness coach (since 2008) and has been teaching yoga since 2018. She is the founder of YogaBodyflex Studio in Poltava, Ukraine, where she leads hatha yoga, therapeutic classes, women’s practices, and back care yoga.

Olha trained with some of Ukraine’s top yoga teachers.

Her approach blends deep body awareness with clear structure, compassionate guidance, and explanations that make yoga accessible for every student.
