Description

The Bodhi shoulder block for yoga is a small stand designed to provide effective support during yoga practice. Made from EVA foam, it supports the shoulders in poses such as the shoulder stand (Salamba Sarvangasana) or the plow (Halasana).

Using a support block significantly eases pressure on the cervical spine, making asana execution safer and more comfortable.

It is recommended to purchase at least 2 pieces for the shoulder stand and plow poses.
