Tibetan singing bowls are wonderful meditation tools that have been used in Buddhist traditions for centuries. Due to the unique frequencies they emit, singing bowls are considered healing instruments.

The singing bowl is used as a musical instrument, in massage practices, for relaxation and meditations, in sound therapy. The pleasant sound of various tones along with vibrations have a relaxing effect, helping to combat stress, insomnia, migraines, and depression.

Composition

Tibetan bowls are made of a blend of seven or more precious metals. Most of them are considered sacred, associated with the planets and celestial bodies of our solar system: copper, bronze, tin, zinc, gold, silver, iron, and lead. Gold symbolizes the Sun, silver is the Moon, lead is Saturn, tin is Jupiter, iron is Mars, copper is Venus. Zinc in this bowl serves an anti-corrosion function. Thanks to this composition, playing these bowls, you can hear the deep authentic "singing" of the instrument and immerse yourself in the world of meditation, tranquility, and harmony.

In feng shui, the singing bowl is used as a talisman, cleansing the space from negative energy with its sounds or simply by being present in any area of a room.
