The sticks vary in length and weight, so the weight of the product may vary +/- 1 gram.
The second grade includes Palo Santo wood sticks with minor defects. In particular, these sticks may have:
- traces of insect life (holes);
- areas with damaged wood structure;
- less pronounced aroma;
- irregular appearance and non-standard sizes.
However, despite these features, they retain their natural properties and are an excellent choice for use in aromatherapy and meditation, offering all the benefits of Palo Santo at a more affordable price.
Palo Santo is one of the most aromatic woods in the world, growing in South America. Palo Santo is considered a sacred and spiritual tree of the Incas, possessing purifying energy and healing properties, similar to sage and cedar. It is believed that burning the wood cleanses negative energy, restoring calm.
The Palo Santo tree has a very pleasant, fragrant, and multifaceted aroma. Just by holding a piece of the wood, you can already feel its simultaneously slightly spicy, sweet, and refreshing citrus scent with notes of pine, mint, and even cedar. Warm notes of frankincense are also felt. During the burning of the incense, a soft smoke aroma is added.
