Collection of invigorating citrus essential oils for aromatherapy by Flora Secret, 4 x 10 ml

- Lemon essential oil 10 ml
- Grapefruit essential oil 10 ml
- Orange essential oil 10 ml
- Lemongrass essential oil 10 ml
Ways of use
Aromatherapy
Add a few drops of essential oil to an aroma diffuser or aroma lamp, filled with water, and light a candle.
The duration of the procedure is 20-40 minutes.
Taking a bath
Dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil in 2 tablespoons of sea salt, milk, or honey, add the mixture to water (37-38 °C). The duration of the procedure is 10-15 min.
Sauna and steam bath
Dilute 5-10 drops in a container with water, spray the solution on benches, walls, stones. You can also place a container with water and essential oils on the top shelf in the sauna or steam bath. Before use, it is important to check the individual sensitivity of the body to essential oils.
