Collection of sweet and warming essential oils for aromatherapy by Flora Secret, 3 x 10 ml
The set of eco-friendly and natural oils from the Ukrainian manufacturer Flora Secret includes:
- vanilla essential oil 10 ml
- anise essential oil 10 ml
- cinnamon essential oil 10 ml
Ways of use
Aromatherapy
Add a few drops of essential oil to an aroma diffuser or aroma lamp, filled with water, and light a candle.
The duration of the procedure is 20-40 minutes.
Taking a bath
Dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil in 2 tablespoons of sea salt, milk, or honey, add the mixture to water (37-38 °C). The duration of the procedure is 10-15 min.
Massage
Add one or several essential oils to vegetable oil (almond, peach kernel, grape seed, or another base oil) (for 10 ml of vegetable oil, add 3-5 drops of essential oil).
Sauna and steam bath
Dilute 5-10 drops in a container with water, spray the solution on benches, walls, stones. You can also place a container with water and essential oils on the top shelf in the sauna or steam bath. Before use, it is important to check the individual sensitivity of the body to essential oils.
