"Nasal Cleansing" or the Jala Neti technique originated in ancient India and has been practiced by yogis for centuries. Neti, one of the six cleansing kriyas, is a yogic technique used for cleansing the nasal passages. The technique is performed using a small teapot with a thin spout – the neti pot.
