According to Ayurveda, water stored in a copper vessel can balance all three doshas and does so by positively charging the water.
Before using, the glass must be thoroughly washed with mild soap, lemon, or citric acid.
Fill the container with water for about 6-8 hours, you can leave it overnight, during this time the water will be fully ionized, bacteria, viruses, and fungi will be destroyed.
According to WHO data, it is safe to consume up to 2 mg of copper per liter of water. Water stored in a copper vessel for several hours absorbs less than 1.20 parts of this amount of copper, which is much lower than the safe limit. It is optimal to consume no more than 1 liter of copper water per day, you can in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening, or take it with you to the office, classes, or training. Use only clean, non-carbonated, and cold water.
