The Phoenix rubber yoga mat from Bodhi is suitable for any style of yoga. It is made without latex, heavy metals, or AZO dyes.
Material: bottom - natural rubber, top - polyurethane.
Mats with a polyurethane coating offer very good grip even during intense yoga practices. It is ideal for practitioners who do not feel sufficient contact and fixation with the surface when practicing on PVC mats.
We recommend wiping the mat with a slightly damp cloth after yoga sessions. Please do not use alcohol-based cleaners on the polyurethane coating.
