The top surface of the mat is textured, so feet and hands won’t slip while performing exercises. It does not deform or stretch even under very strong pressures and shifts during dynamic yoga elements.
Care: the mat can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C on a delicate cycle, without spinning and using aggressive detergents. After washing, the color remains the same as immediately after purchase.
